Black Box Location

Hi,

I really don’t know which section this would fall under, but, I have a dozen of black boxes. My choices of collocation is the Montgomery ward building, Equinix, or 440 south lasalle. (they are all in the downtown Chicago area). The only market that concerns me is the CME. I’ve been told that the equinix on cermak road will over the best latency for the black boxes, about 3 ms. Anyone know if this is true? Or can anyone give a recommendation based on experience?
