the dell that i use to trade on is a dark grey color - its almost black. does this count?

Don't try to be a wise guy. That's not the kind of colored boxes these disaster-people are talking about. They are talking about the etherial kind.

Which is why new organizations (new funds, new desks) can get their basic system together quickly, no legacy baggage.

Once the systems are running, inertia sets in, and the speed of change gets slower and slower.
