Your opinions on the BKX. Chart is bullish on a monthly basis although we are just under the 40 week MA . Isn't that bullish for the S&P and the market as a whole which perhaps deceptively already seems in the summer doldrums?
would appreciate if someone could post a chart going back to the 90's or 80's. But I am not sure that index was around in those days
