BKI down 30% today - buying opportunity?

Can anyone tell me why is this stock (BKI) down almost 30% just for today?

I was thinking buying some if there is no any reason for the huge downturn.

Any thoughts?

Damn i wish i have bought some. It is up almost 38% as of now.

 

I don't know but I just shorted some shares at $15.77... 50% pop on CITI upgrade with $14 target? Come on...
