Bitcoin Price Thread

  1. My boy Suntrader needs to learn about Stocks that pay dividends, so he can understand the difference between an asset that is valued by human capital, like tech stocks, and another asset that is just valued by the next buyer.

When you have assets that are valued by the next person in line regardless of any underlying measurements, they are called Ponzi schemes.

I don't make the rules, don't get mad at me..

I tried to explain this a while ago.
If you own all the bitcoin in the world how do you make money?
If you own all the shares of a company like netflix you can make money by carrying on your business.
Bitcoin doesn't produce any revenue. If Saylor owns all the bitcoin how will he make a living?

Are all people from Spain as gullible as you are, Mrs Addict? A few years ago, a bunch of you people invested in the worst climate scam wind turbines, and you were all suffering from destitution and very desperate

I give you small education, but doubt you can understand it, the stock market has not functioned in the way you think it does, if it did, everyone would be investing in dividend value stock, and yet, they one of the worst performing stocks

Do you know why? no, because you are gullible and do not understand the game

The stock market is an exit liquidity, the PE investors get all the money and growth, also take the high risks, and then they cash out to you, who think you are buying human capital and innovation, bwahahahah

How much dividend Nvda ? 3bps Nflx? Amzn?, they are trading on price to sales,

In 2008, everything traded below book value, yea, no liquidity, no floor, duh, that's the reason you are poor and will stay poor

I think it's your culture, you think you're still high up there, but you are not, i think you deserve it, but I don't want to judge

As I watch everything that is happening with DOGE, and with USAID, and with all the corruption coming to light, I can't help but think how the only solution is Bitcoin. Nobody has really questioned all of this waste in the past because the government was just printing the money. If they needed to come up with $100B, it was just borrowed, printed, and distributed. Nobody asked questions because its easy to tack this expense onto the debt.

But imagine for one second if this money that was given away had to actually come from somewhere. Never mind just the fact that with Bitcoin there will be a paper trail, I'm talking about actually needing to have it in order to give it away.

I might be stupid, but I assume the role of government is to tax income and consumption, and then distribute those tax dollars in such a way as to benefit the most citizens on projects that are deemed to produce the most good for most people. If the government doesn't collect enough in taxes and hence comes up short that year, they can certainly borrow it, but it has to come from somewhere. Private citizens would have to "loan" it to the government. But the idea is that they can't redistribute something they don't have.

This is in essence the core issue. None of these government slush funds could ever exist if the money had to come from somewhere. So I think exposing all of this corruption is good, but it will never truly be fixed until the government no longer has control of the money printer. This should be even more obvious after events this past week. Those who hate Bitcoin really need to offer a better solution because the simplest way to stop any future corruption is simply to switch to a money that the government doesn't have control over. There is no way that you could be against this type of corruption and yet not want to switch to a completely different monetary system.

Further,@NoahA has posted some of the most intellectual and futurist thinking on these boards.

You started off humble and then became bitter.

Im curious as to why you attack the bitcoin thread with such vitriol.

Im a forensic sort of guy,so Im sure I'll make sense of it shortly.

    Best wishes.
