(Briefing.Com) 1/25/21 Bitcoin - It sure feels like the newsflow has turned negative in cryptos. Rumors are making rounds of a negative PR blitz strategy by some nefarious new institutional crypto players looking to accumulate coins at better prices. Crypto prices started to stall after a U.S. Senate hearing where Janet Yellen voiced concerns that cryptos could be used to finance illegal activities. Sorry nefarious crypto PR dude, but the news was very shallow. Yellen is just as worried about the use of the U.S. Dollar to finance illegal activity. It’s hard to believe people are still trying to make the argument that criminals are using Bitcoin. How many episodes of Narcos ended with the DEA confiscating suitcases full of bitcoin? There was also a call for more global regulation from ECB President Christine Lagarde. A bogus story also surfaced this week on a Bitcoin "double-spend," where the same person uses the same token in 2 transactions. It sure felt like the story was a plant. The volatility continues in Bitcoin prices. Bitcoin was down -16% last week to $32,321 after prices hit $42,000 in previous weeks. Bitcoin is still up 14.7% on the year.

Nothing has changed for myself... Seems like top is in for Bitcoin. There is a lot of juice in altcoins though. ETH looks pretty bullish so doubt that BTC crashes from there. Above $36kek is a nice sell potentially to ride down to 20k$. Could be wrong ofc. Your life goal is to buy the shit out of altcoins once Bitcoin capitulates. But this is speculation idk if its actually going to happen.. Might have already bottomed and not go deeper. I'll try to go with the flow which seems up for now and hopefully get out in time if it does reverse.
I guess Bridgewaters might be the ones buying MSTR, RIOT, MARA & the rest of those Bitcoin related stocks, given their indirect exposure to Bitcoin. Just a guess because these stocks are rallying heavily today with almost no significant movement in Bitcoin itself. Disclaimer: I own RIOT & MARA
Pekelo, your last 3 posts on the cryptocurrencies forum are non-sequiturs It's ok on days when bitcoin is down, but a bad look on days when btc and mstr are both up
So you think logical fallacies and non-facts are only the crypto fans' privilege? Sometimes I just find a good quote and want to share it....
