Why would anyone complain? I prefer the bitcoin price to go up.

Bitcoin price to SKYROCKET: Expert has 'no doubt' Bitcoin will reach over $100,000
BITCOIN price is likely to skyrocket to $100,000 and beyond as the cryptocurrency market expands, a technology boss has said.

CEO of Shopin Eran Eyal said he has “no doubt” bitcoin will reach a value of beyond $100,000 in the future.

I guess those experts must be happily buying (and averaging?) bitcoin at $6250 thinking is very cheap and they are still aiming for $100 000, target 6 digits level?

common sense will tell if Bitcoin technology is sooo wonderful, competitors will set in and price wouldn't sky rocket to the moon.

I, the non expert, will aim for 3 digits level.

  3. OK, I get it. Yeah, we bulls were pretty cocky in December but now when the bears are talking Bitcoin below a thousand, well just maybe, just maybe the bottom may be near.

With your expertise on bitcoin as a trading instrument coupled with your vast IT experience, I think you should contact the people below to warn them of their misguided plans:

    [borrowed from another thread's content]:

    • Andreessen Horowitz is "investing aggressively" in crypto, even as bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies have dropped by more than 50 percent this year.
    • The company raised $300 million for its first crypto-focused fund and is bringing on its first female general partner, former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor Katie Haun, to lead the effort.

so these people supposed to have extra 50 investment IQ points?

reddit/bitcoin is full of these stories... passed on from 1 trapped guy to another for moral support.

you need main stream opinion - some talking heads of some significance to do that, to signal a bottom.... basically what happens is these whales think there is a hold-able bottom, then they will put out some front man to give very low targets, to squeeze out last bit of trapped longs.

this happens in equities all the time.

They're obviously not as good as you (in your mind) when it comes to investment analysis, but they just might be a little more successful than you, don't you think?

goes back to my original argument - does 'successful' give them 50 extra points? not to mention if the 'success' is 3rd party audited.

'successful' people are wrong all the time.

again - bouncing these stories around is just trapped longs looking for moral support. 77% long on fxcm, no relief in sight, but plenty of trapped guys to pass this story along.

and this story is far from the worst... can't stop laughing when I see on reddit/bitcoin... stories like 'there is a new bitcoin ATM in tim buck two!'.... how desperate are these people... pathetic.
