I'm at a loss for words, or maybe I'm being trolled. It's possible you don't understand how bitcoin works, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. All my statements are saying the same thing, it's decentralized which contradicts what you're saying about crowd control over any individual's actions/decisions [Someone can prove ownership of an address that may contain a certain amount of bitcoin through private keys signature process, but there would have to be a purpose to it. In this forum, that effort would go over many heads. That whole topic is an aside to the other point but it's part of the 2nd sentence you seem to be harping on, which is when called upon to prove a statement, this process is the method to go about it.]
Let's leave the non-existing fundamentals talk alone, 26 hours ago someone said.... We already bounced up to almost 9K, if anybody was interested in making 10% daily...
I'll be glad to, as long as no one makes false statements. Back to price. All the celebrations have stopped for some reason. I did say "please" short the CME or CBOE bitcoin futures to these guys, but I doubt any of them did
I am not the only one who is always repeating the same thing. Yes I made already more today then what the bitcoin had to offer... again...
Congrats! It's like sports teams. I'm rooting for the cryptos team and I have money on the line, but the other guys rooting against my cryptos team, they have nothing on the line. I just don't think it's fair, ya know?
I wasn't talking about actual burning of people, but comments on bitcoin forums. I'm not sure why the decentralization part came in. All I know is you both argued I didn't know what Bitcoin was and then proceeded to claim nobody can prove that anyone knows or not what Bitcoin is.
Of course I buy such a small amount of shares and it skyrockets...go figure...if I bought 5000 shares it would have collapsed to $8
In a decentralized system, such as bitcoin, the crowd that you're referring to has no way to know whether someone is selling or has sold. Your whole post was made for sensationalism, but in reality has no substance, due to, wait for it, decentralization.
Why should I do what you do? Trading or HODL bitcoins is for me pure stupidity, so it is logical that I have nothing on the line. At least not in bitcoins. It is not forbidden to have an opinion without having coins. It would even not be logic. Why wouldn't it be fair?
Of course they have no way to know, because the selling happens on an exchange which do not settle trades to the blockchain. By the time you sell on the exchange, your coins are in some exchange controlled wallet and no longer tied to anyone's wallet. Decentralization has nothing to do with it because not being to see everyone's trade is an exchange feature, not a bitcoin feature. Just in case, it's a Ripple/Stellar feature, but this is not about these coins. The burning happens when sellers voluntarily say so on public forums. I figured that bit was obvious, but in retrospective, I guess that was a mistake.
