BTC is not stable, and it seems unlikely to invest in it unless it stabilizes at some point. But based on speculation and assumptions, I feel it could surge beyond $100k as well but due to its high volatility investment in it can cause loss or profit both. All we can do is wait and keep an eye on it.

  2. Accepting bitcoin as an asset is never a financial error. It's a smooth road to financial freedom. Have been trading for four decades now, stocks and more but there's nothing more productive as bitcoin.

  3. And we can also mention that when you are trying to cash out those juicy 100K the exchange does not cooperate and block your account.

Let's remind everyone that you are able to sell Bitcoin if someone else buys it. Such a simple sentence in theory but, as we can see, a very complex one in practice.

  4. Bitcoin produces nothing. The only way you leave with more money than you came in with is for more to buy .

Set aside whether Bitcoin is good or bad
People who say things like this are never who you want to listen to.
The investment world is always changing. There is nothing that is always a good buy.

  6. How is that any different from fiat? Fiat is worse because you're losing money regardless over time to inflation. Not too long ago 1 Bitcoin would have bought you a toaster... Now 1 Bitcoin can buy you a Tesla. How did your money perform sitting in the bank?

At this point anybody who is still skeptical of Bitcoin is either crying sour grapes, or is clueless.

  7. Fait is actually worse in this regard.

But I'm not advising people to stuff a bunch of cash under their mattress.

1 month US treasuries are at 4.4%.
SPY has done well over the decades. There are options to make money that do not involve buying something that entitles you to nothing and then hoping someone else wants to buy it.

  8. There were not Internet crypto tulip evangelists back then to egg the 20- and 30-somethings on yo greatness and glory. But it begs the question, Why did it crash 4-5 times in the first place?

  9. Productive? How so? As in "number go up," or something else?

I think the real question you have to ask yourself, Why did it come back from those crashes/pullback?
