This is why you should always use a cold hardware wallet. Erm, I mean...

    Physical keys work better, yes?

    You must be proud.

This is all cringe. 11+ years in Bitcointalk.

Bitcoin is not permissionless anymore and neither is it censorship resistant. You may have become better a subverting the law yourself. It doesn't change fungibility and hence permissionlessness in the chain. I don't know why you proceeded to lecture me about the rest of the things, it is stupid cringe.

"Bitcoin is censorship resistant and permissionless, as long you have the right permissions and KYC/AML" -> Truth but bad for marketing.

Shills have to continue shilling until Tether and USDC go away. I had someone shill me BTC as an inflation hedge recently too. With a straight face no less. Once the leverage is gone, marketing will not be as cringe anymore.

I've done thousands of send/receive Bitcoin transactions since 2013 and not once did I experience any issues with KYC/AML or permissions or censorship

Out of the thousands of send/receive Bitcoin transactions since 2013, I've had 0 failures, z-e-r-o failed Bitcoin transactions

Once or twice I had to initiate RBF due to me sending with too low of a fee and also have had to utilize transaction accelerator due to same reason, but to reiterate what I said above, all my Bitcoin transactions sending or receiving were confirmed on the Bitcoin blockchain

Have you experienced any failed Bitcoin transactions for the past 11 years? If so, what was the reason?

They just should have transferred peer2peer instead of going through an exchange, simple as that.
Perhaps you try it yourself one day^^

I don't see Gold dropping as fast as anything else.
Don't have the exact figures but I believe gold started the year around 1800 bucks and is now around 1800 bucks.
Now bitcoin is supposed to be digital gold and it's down 50% or so.

That's true, but it's a store of value not a get rich quick scheme.

  9. Gold is in the 1800s now per ounce.. .used to be 2K just recently.

If you figure Russia will make-due on their promises of nuclear warfare if things keep escalating, then by all means load up on GLD.

If you think the fear factor has already maxed out... then go short gold futures?

    Enjoy the ride...

  10. Bitcoin being crap aside, I think it's very cool your wife is on board. Just don't feel like you failed when Bitcoin goes to $1000 and she'll still be your #1.
