DCAing you didnt need to get in particularly low to achieve that. Go back and work it out. In speculative products, you invest what you can afford.Regular interval investing removes some of the volatility. Then you need to stay abreast on the daily of what's transpiring.
No pressure Dest but what about WSOP jaunt in whatever year she hits 100?? Me and @johnarb would have to fly in.
So now that BlackRock has an ETF where will it get the BTC? Will it be over the counter from the stockpile that they already have? Or will the ETF have to buy it on Coinbase?
All the hoopla over the ETF approvals and still the only way to access bitcoin in my 403b is via the futures based BTCFX. Fidelity operates the 403b, but ETFs are not allowed, only open end mutual funds (per employer stipulations). Seems that this will be an issue for a lot of investors, who often hold a good chunk of their investable assets in their retirement account.
That'll change most likely. It won't be long before your 401k offers options that hold at least some BTC in ETF form. I'm guessing that if all goes well in the first year of the ETF's you will be able to go 100% if you choose the self-directed option.
Self-directed https://bitcoinira.com/ It's been featured a few times on CNBC over the years. I have a friend who uses it
