You did it again. you goof.

The state party chairman didn't say the democratic party decides who goes on the ballot.

He said they determine who will appear on their ballots and have every right as all parties do, to do so.

They do not decide who will be on the ballot should a valid case be made for exclusion according to law.

So yes , you are wrong . Again. No surprise there then.

your spin is going nowhere... obama just missed a state court hearing and did not proffer subpoenaed evidence.

How is that working out for you?

I predict a default judgment will be entered against Obama.
I think orly alone would have lost... but those two severed cases... just caused a big problem for you loons.

Of course there's a distinction and a difference you idiot.
You're suggesting parties go running to the courts to get particular permission to put a name onto the ballot. Do you live in North Korea?

All parties put the name they want on the ballot, then if anyone has valid reason in law why it should not go forward, they have remedy to get a name removed.

Why not go get an idea about stuff in future before you post your troll birther bullshit.

Maybe the reason Obama doesn't want to present his birth certificate to the court is that it isn't real. It's one thing to put out a photo shopped birth certificate online but another to present a document you know is fraudulent to a court.

Regardless, it will be interesting to see if the judge decides to keep Obama off the ballot. I don't see how he can rule any other way.

Obama may try to take the verdict directly to federal court and ask for an injunction on the GA law to try to shut down these state laws over eligibility on constitutional grounds. I'm not sure if there is any validity to such a strategy.

  9. Obviously you dont know the difference between spin and fact.

Fact...Obama is currently on GA's 2012 presidential ballot

Considering that fact it is working out quite well for my prediction

One - I believe the system is set up so that the states present their candidates. Obama might have prevailed on a NBC issue and gotten a federal court to say.. state courts can't define that issue or even choose the necessary evidence....

but... by not presenting any evidence at all and taking by presumably taking a default... he gave appellate courts who wanted to decide against him on the NBC issue an easy way out... they can deny his appeal stating the trial court did what was proper.

How do I legally bet against him now before the odds shift. What website?

    --

note the previous answer was based on a prediction of default. I can not see something else happening... but I could be wrong.
