But also: The administrative lawsuit, Farrar v Obama, to be heard this month in Atlanta is an exercise by Georgia citizens of their legal rights to challenge what the Georgia Secretary of State did in approving Barack Obama for the 2012 primary ballot. Judge Malihi agreed when rejecting a motion to dismiss by Obamaâs attorney Michael Jablonski. Somewhat supportive. Anyway, I'll be curious when the results come out. c
Why do you come to such absurd notions that anyone is suggesting a statement by a DA is law? Really Jem, how do you get to make up such irrational nonsense. Are you doing it on purpose or do you constantly read stuff in your head that actually isn't being said to you? From the kind of posts you make I really think you should be asking yourself the questions "Do you even know how law is formed. Do you understand what law is? How stupid are you?"
I don't think it's supportive really . People of Georgia always did have a perfect right to have a valid suit heard in Court. They have the legal right according to law to challenge the Georgia Secretary of State in his approval of any candidate on the ballot by any motion that does not attract dismissal. However, non of that means there will be grounds for the case to succeed. So far birthers, for once, have properly applied the process, that's all. There are still simply no legitimate arguments that can be made in law that would allow for Obama to be excluded.
My feelings have been pretty clear, I think the birthers should get over it and re-direct their hatred of the President somewhere else. I was just noting, that they have done 'ok' in their fight in Georgia. It won't go anywhere, but at least it's not the same old nonsense. c
Wow, long thread! Executive summary, please. In conclusion, "at the end of the day" (blech), Obama finishes his first term, and appears on all 50 state ballots by Election Day?
Ricter, my information is that you were not born with two Elite Trader member parents and are not a natural born member of Elite Trader. Therefore you are not considered eligible for an answer to that question.
stu was beating jem's ass so badly that I wanted to stop the fight, but then, I said well let's just see how punishment jem can take
