I suggest you goggle "lack of standing".When you do you will learn that when a judge says"The case was a waste of the court's time" and he felt the case was filed "for an improper purpose such as to harass",that does not mean it was dismissed for lack of standing as you stated.
Do show where I personally made any mention of the legal definition of the term "lack of standing." Another poster incorrectly stated the cases were dismissed on the grounds of lack of evidence, to which I responded correctly. As for you believing I am wrong for posting that information, 208,000 Google hits says otherwise.
