The Hawaii State Health Director has already officially and formally stated she has seen the vital records and verifies the President was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born American citizen You have recognized legal authorities publically stating as fact the certificate and the natural born status. Then there are the conspirators and a few jumped up internet "lawyers" with no facts, asserting Obama may not be eligible because they (the conspirators) can make up false statements, presume State Officials would not know what 'natural born' means constitutionally, and develop scenarios which do not correspond with the official records as they have been attested. There would by now after all the attention, be prima facie evidence that the records were wrong or false. They've been independently viewed and commented on by so many journalists , there are the birth notices from the two Honolulu newspapers, and all the many and various eccentrics and attention seekers in the world have popped a shot, for goodness sakes. Yet there is no evidence to make any case fit for Court. Although there will always be the slow witted "lawyers" late at catching on, who couldn't tell a cite from a site, continuously confusing themselves.

Could be nothing. Could be it doesn't apply to Obama. It's a point of logic. IF satisfactory proof had been provided, this issue would have become irrefutable and would have died. That it has not suggests the "proof" offered is in dispute.
So we have the head of the health department declaring that he is a natural born citizen. What does she know about what a natural born citizen is? Its not even explicit what it is in the constitution. Rather its self evident and you can't have a British father and be Natural Born.
