You've gotta be kidding. This document (colb) has only been seen on the internet and has NEVER been verified as accurate by the Hawaii DOH. Is that too hard to understand? Not only that, but the document itself says "filed" by registrar, instead of the normal identification of "accepted" by registrar, which you'll see on any other colb out there. And, wouldn't you know it, the Hawaii DOH is doing their level best to HIDE their current policies and procedures so people can't get to the bottom of just what the difference is between "filed" and "accepted". You don't have to be a tin foil hatter to realize that it <b>does</b> mean something, but you do have to be just a little batty to slough it off as meaning nothing.

Perhaps you're confused on the difference between a Certificate of Live Birth (original birth certificate) and a Certification of Live Birth (of which Obama supplied an online copy). Hawaii doesn't issue copies of original birth certificates, only Certifications of Live Birth.
