Thanks. I wasn't aware of this. Your comment "Congress made Obama a natural born citizen." I agree with. Since you're probably right regarding Congress, count me out giving this issue another thought. I wish Trump luck.
I have to warn everybody, that I am a legal expert. I have been educated by American TV programs such as Law and Order, Boston Legal and currently Harry's Law. Your opinion doesn't count, Congress' does. Who has more power legally? Again, you CAN NOT argue the LAW. You can only argue the case. You can wipe your ass with your opinion....In my opinion, if you go AWOL from your military unit in the time of war, you shouldn't be eligible for presidency, but hey, it is just my opinion, not the law. Watch more TV....
I have to warn everybody too. Not only am I a legal expert, but an expert in finance, medicine, science. I have been educated by Yahoo finance, and the brilliant opinions of some of the best minds/brains of yahoo posters. Not to sell ET short, I am here for my post doctorate studies in all fields. This is working out better than I ever dreamed plus I've saved a shitload of money in formal education.
Speaking of the law you're so educated in, will you provide a link showing the law and/or regulation at federal and state level governments to vet presidential candidates?
Why? You wanna check if Trump is eligible?? At this point, any birther, those lovable racists, should just go into a dark room, assume the fetal position and cry themselves into hibernation until 2017... Have a nice dream!
What's the problem, law boy? Can't find it? And right on cue the race card comes out. You can't argue the law with idiots.
I guess you missed the part in grade school where they told you the Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of the Constitution... Read the seminal US. Supreme Court case Marbury vs. Madison where they explain their power... some would say cease their power... (you can see a writeup in Wikipedia). The Supreme court has not ruled on the definition of Natural Born citizen. Until they do... obamaloons can write whatever useless crap they wish. Minority opinions in overruled cases are not Supreme Court decisions (clear now? perry mason. ) If you are going to post about the law... be accurate.
