I think he was saying that the instigation happened during the conversation prior to video being recorded-----not sure.
Its not about the park rules, and he's not a cop. Its the threats and luring the dog. Thats just plain weird any normal person would be on full weirdo alert at that point.
Believe it or not, some people (not me, lol) see their dog equal to their own child. What if some random douche said, come here kid, I got some candy for you. I guess that would be ok. Get real. The guy is an asshole plain and simple, he should be fired from his job.
I don't think so, you have to understand how scared women are in general, let alone some random guy making threats and trying to lure her dog in a park. Not insane at all.
Sorry, I can't agree with this. Everything in that video and all of the supporting facts - including her apology seems to indicate a massive overreaction on her part.
Does anybody here see it the way I do? How weird it is for some guy to come up to you and make creeper statements like you're not going to like what I'm about to do and then try to give your dog a biscuit is that not crazy, its just me? Yeah she panicked a little overboard but again that's only in hindsight. You have to give her some slack on the overreaction because she was minding her business, it was an unprovoked altercation. How do we know he's a "birdwatcher" could have been a peeping tom.
