  4. Imagine if he was not recording...

Imagine if the cops actually showed up...

The charge was bullshit bit at least she was charged with something.. all these cops and DAs whining about being labeled unfair and not compassionate but never lift a finger to charge cops when they do something wrong OR for people who call 911 and lie and file a false claim of an assault (which is a felony).

Start charging these fucktards instead of relying on private citizens to video these people and get them fired. If cops/DA did their job instead of bitching and whining things would improve.

Glad to see something being done here..might stop the next Karen.

The woman's apology was so insincere. That makes me really mad. If she was truly sorry, she never would have pulled that stunt in the first place. She tried to get away with her BS, got caught on the social media, and is now trying to save face.

As for the video above with the woman using the puppy as a weapon? Giver her the chair, no appeal.

    THAT is just awful.

This is just as awful.... getting a woman fired from her job by an aggressive crowd making up fake allegations. We are seeing this nonsense over and over again.

Some background.... every neighborhood pool in our area of N.C. has a strict residents only rule this summer due to COVID. There is also a maximum number of people allowed at the pool (50% occupancy).

In many local homeowners associations locally there is no employed neighborhood manager... the board members are responsible for speaking to those breaking the rules when a resident calls them up to complain about something. If the situation involves the pool then the board member will drop by the pool. If the situation involves some household violation (like hanging laundry across your front yard) then the board member will drop over to the home to talk with the homeowner and follow-up with a letter.

For the win -- the accusers get busted by their own video they posted as being complete liars and the aggressors.

Real estate company backs agent after online posts suggested she used racial slurs at Raleigh swimming pool

A real estate company reversed course Monday and decided not to cut ties with a Raleigh agent who's the focus of a viral video.

The video shows a confrontation at the Lennox at Brier Creek swimming pool on July 1. Those who posted it online say a woman made racist remarks while telling them to leave the pool, but the woman involved, Kim Barnhart, says she was merely enforcing the neighborhood's rules to limit the spread of coronavirus.

Barnhart, a real estate broker for Keller Williams, is on the homeowners association board for the townhouse complex, and a resident called her to report that a group of teens who didn't appear to live in the neighborhood were at the pool drinking.

During the pandemic, the neighborhood allows only residents to use the pool.

"When I got there, there was a large group of teens I had not seen before, not one of them," Barnhart said Monday. "I asked them who lived in the neighborhood, did any of them live in the neighborhood, and at that time, they all looked at each other, and nobody said that they did."

When she asked them to leave, she said, the group became belligerent.

"They were mooning me, throwing up the middle finger," she said. "They're surrounding my car. I had to get into my car and roll up my windows, telling them, if they weren't going to listen to me, I'd have to get the police involved."

Curt Hamilton posted on Facebook that he and everyone else in the group was 21 and that he "got racially profiled and thrown out of a neighborhood pool." Two of his friends – an African-American and a Latina – live at Lennox at Brier Creek and that Barnhart zeroed in on them.

Hamilton didn't respond to a request for comment on Monday.

In the video he posted, Barnhart doesn't make reference to anyone's ethnicity.

Clara Blanca, the mother of the Latina speaking on video, said Monday that Barnhart said, "They don't belong here" and 'Why don't you go back to Mexico?"

"The only thing they could have twisted is that they did not belong to the pool of the neighborhood as a resident," Barnhart said. "We never discussed Mexico or where anybody was from – absolutely not, absolutely not true."

Keller Williams Chief Executive Gary Keller posted online on July 2 that the company was setting up a task force to come up with plans "to eliminate any racial disparity within our company, our industry, and how we can lead the way in the communities where we live and work."

The following day, the company posted that it was investigating Barnhart's actions in light of the viral video.

Team leader Eric Johnson said Monday that Keller Williams was "retracting the termination of Kim Barnhart." noting that company officials had "some new information and video" about the Raleigh incident.

Johnson said it was clear from the video that the crowd at the pool was breaking rules and behaving poorly and that there was "absolutely no evidence" that Barnhart uttered any racial slurs.

"If you're doing something wrong, own it. Don't make up stories," he said about the crowd at the pool.

  8. The law never does shit in most cases in animal cruelty...

But imagine how weak you got to be and pathetic that when a case of abuse is presented by a woman calling the cops on a man and lying that she was being threatened...a fucktard has to go out and find a video of a Black person doing something wrong as though that makes everything ok...

You know the black guy instigated it right? He was being a Darren telling her to put a leash on her dog and when she said no, he tried to feed her dog to make it go nuts and run away. He's done it before to other dogs, but imagine someone who is mad at you suddenly tries to give your dog "something" You don't know if its poison. The black guy is at least partially responsible.
