Binary options - how to improve

  1. Yes but the next generation of traders is not interested in the old ways of trading so we are creating new ways...ever since the GameStop fiasco retail has woken up.

Is there an API for programmers at the broker you are using? There's only one way to know anything and that is to test over large data sets.

Actually, selling option premiums is a fairly binary proposition.

  3. Yes I will still sell spreads...but I would really like to see no fees for starters...even .60 per contract is highway robbery. It should be .05 cents per contract at the most and no closing costs. Or just a flat rate. the market makers make their money on the spread...just do away with brokers entirely and have a direct to market system...why can't I route my own transactions? Really in this day and age why do we need brokers at all ..same argument with real estate...peer to peer trading is what we need...binary in basically that.

You mentioned crypto a few times.

The next generation has woken up (but have they really?) to being scammed.

Not saying binaries are anything like crypto trading, but you seem to believe that the old way is on its way out without a shred of evidence to back that claim up.

Happy you found, or at least early on, something that works for you. But its a stretch to say the "other way" is on its way out.

    Though to each its own.

Crypto is exactly the reason why. No guardrails equal lots of collisions.

  6. Well they will have their place as far as "Insurance" on an underlying...but as a trading mechanism they are not optimal. If you are just buying options or verticals and hoping to flip for a higher price then you are better off trading binary options imo

    Compare :

    Options (old school)
-pick a strike, pay a fee, pay the spread, pay a premium, pay another fee, pay another spread, and get paid minus the premium and theta decay.

Binary: pick a price, get paid.

  10. You can do as low as 5 seconds.

if you go to pending trades on the right you can do conditional orders based on time or price. You can also select the minimum payout to trigger the trade
