Damn last night episode was the end of the season? Im going to be going crazy for a year now, what a spot to leave it on. Im thinking Axe gets off because wendy took the short on that juice company too too when she thought she was helping her husband, Somehow its going to end up with her in trouble and chuck rhoades is going to have to somehow make it all go away.
Here is the question: Two men, Axe and Rhodes, both have an intimate relationship with Wendy on a personal level. She provides the bridge for both men to destroy the other. Which man do you think will destroy her and which will save her.
Axe. They are twisting the show a bit toward "lawman good, rich person bad", predictably so. Next season will see further deterioration of Axe into a negative character.
See, I thought they would go the other way. Any show that discusses ATM without referring to options is certainly not predictable. I think this show wants to show how the "lawman" can slowly become that which he is hunting. The show would be boring if it came down to rich man is bad, government is good. And we know the show is not boring don't we. I'll take the other side of your trade Sle.
Hard to say it could go either way, but they certainly seemed to be making Axe into a bigger and bigger villain as the series goes on, It started out with him talking to a guy who was a farmer getting some inside info, now in season 2 we see him flying off the handle to his wife, and deleting the messages, and then posioning the juice and shorting the company, but i could see them spinning it and chuck rhoades ending up as the bad guy too, they have definitely left the door open either way.
You can really tell Colbert is an asshole in real life. Damian Lewis actually does a fairly good job of explaining the motivation of his character.
