For the rest of the country, the Pam Bondi proposed reveal actually revealed that the traitor dem swamp resistors over at the Southern District of NY are still resisting the release of documents just as they have for years= protecting dems while investigating fake Trump crimes. This whole episode and the work she and Kash have to continue to do to remove them and force compliance with subpoenas and legitimate orders from the AG down to a rogue dem field office are very apparent. Clean them out. Right down to the bone. Hey, I hope they do not cut and replace too deep because James Comey's daughter works in that field office. That could make the dems cry. Place is a goddam rat's nest. Refusal to comply, moving documents, or destroying documents is obstruction of justice. Go after them.

That office- over the years and of late- has had direct, clear, unambiguous demands upon it to produce Epstein related documents - without regard to whether there is any bombshell in there or not. It is not for the district office to decide which documents are to be surfaced or withheld. The demand has been "for all documents." We all know how the kabuki dance has worked from them. They produce a few or some documents and then everyone goes away until the next round based on rumors that there are still more. Which is precisely how Bondi's request for documents went last week- got some documents, not much there- then an insider source tipped her off that there was a whole other pile that they were still holding. And around and around we go. Again, I am not saying anything is or is not in the documents that they have been holding onto in spite of repeated legal demands for them. THAT IS NOT THE FRIGGING POINT. The point is that the district office gives the finger both to lawful subpoenas and direct demands by the AG who is at the head of the chain of command in the DOJ. They are running their own little swamp over there. A swamp that has protected Clintons, Comeys etc, and a swamp that conspires to bring Trump down year after year. Did I mention that Comey's daughter works in that office? Gonna have to drain that swamp in a serious way. Need to prosecute some of them for obstruction of justice too. I don't believe Bondi one bit. I'm happy to change my mind when - if - she releases unredacted documents that blows up the whole thing. But I don't think that's gonna happen.
What part do you not believe. I was only making the point that the southern district continued to hold on to documents long after denying that there were anymore, and then many more continued to surface and are arriving after that deadline, as a result of an insider tipping off Bondi. You are saying that did not happen? and that no additional documents have arrived. And I said twice, that I don't enter into whether there is or is not anything major in them. And redaction is another issue of course. My point was limited to whether there are/were withheld documents after a specific orders to produce everything. I have the same issue with the release of JFK material. Seems like we have had several "releases" over the years but then there are always some left. And here go again. They are being asked to produce everything to the DOJ headquarters. Redactions within that will be problematic too, but it is not for the field office or others to withhold the documents from the DOJ. From there, the issues will become Bondi's. Must the field offices and bowels of the FBI are required to product to the AG. To your point, other issues arise from there. But this bullshit of the swamp second guessing what an AG order or a court subpoena should include is, just that, bullshit.

Yep. If you can get all of it from the field offices and the FBI over to the AG then the various oversight committees that have doubts about what is being withheld can issue subpoenas on to Bondi, which would put her in a tough spot if she is withholding. But it no longer is a swamp level problem if the swamp complies or is forced to comply to move it to the AG. I just want to move into a place where all the material is known and available somewhere. Then the various parties can go at what is released. I don't what some butthurt agent in the southern district of new york being the arbiter of anything.
