To improve ones technique, chart look back records are needed, they are the window to future profits and losses.

I know about my problems, but it’s very useful sometimes to hear about it from others.
    Thank you again!

How much do you risk on a single trade? $, When i trade the ES-emini, it moves in quarter point increments of 12.50 and a full point is 50$. I know the ES, so I just risk 75$ to 150$ per trade.

Maybe not?, we can all say we know ourselves, but this is not always the case, the emotions camouflage what is hidden, often times it takes weeks or months after breaking away that one gets clarity.

If i trade MNQ 4 contracts, my risk is $80 per trade, but if switch to NQ 2 contracts it $400 already.

How many points or ticks are you risking on your trades? This tells me how much wiggle room you are working with?

My past Israeli friends were very high strung, this surprised me at first, it wasn't something I expected to hear or feel, It was very comforting and yet we are from completely different cultures, but now as I think back i understand why, and how many years later, wow, we are actually made from same salt, my past culture was no different. Now i understand why I was drawn to them and later we developed a close bond. It's interesting, how so many years have past and here we are having a banter sessions, and I'm experiencing these neural breakthroughs from simple conversations. This is why i say, we don't really know what makes us tick. I see a lot of environment factors involved here, so take it slow, take notes, do not underestimate your past experiences. Remember the experience can be audio as well. Keep at it, do a personal diary, and get to know yourself. The markets will find your weakness.
