If they didn't propose the Bill in the first place, the market would have been much better now. Either don't propose the Bill, or vote for it. The Republicans got to start doing what's right for the country, not what's going to get them re-elected. On a second note, the House just passed a 600-billion bill allowing more offshore drilling. The irony.
