  1. says that Fair Value for the Dow Jones is still between 5500 and 6000. This is where he feels the market needs to head to, inevitably, so that equity yields will be back to 3-3.5%

    Understandibly, he has been wrong this past year about the stockmarket, and the tremendously low real rates are what have added to the buying pressure in equities.

    He still holds to his bearish outlook on equities, though.

    Sell bonds, buy equities. Take your money out of my fund and cut into my management fees.
