Wasnt Urkel always an intelligent(albeit nerdy) guy who was solving problems by inventing stuff on that show? Id say Urkel was the polar opposite of Obama....
I got a question Ricter, do you agree or disagree with the pipeline? If you dont like it what is your argument against it?
I won't give details about my opinion, could get me in trouble. I will say that its ultimate approval has not been much doubted, not yet. And I will add that not only environmentalists (or what you might call extremists) have been opposed to its construction [route], there are some legitimate stakeholders who <del>are</del> claim to be getting steamrolled.
Do you mean it "could get you in trouble" because of your business, or because of the other lefties on ET? If the former, then i understand you not wanting to talk about it, if its the latter then you are just taking the easy way out. There really is no logical environmental argument against the pipeline, as it is far more damaging to the environment having to transfer this oil via truck/rail than through the pipeline, and the oil is going to go from point A, to point B regardless, the pipeline just makes it more efficient. I agree that Obama will most likely eventually approve it, because he also knows it is a good idea, he will approve it on november 8th 2012, after he has had a full day to recoup from his hangover after celebrating his re-election on november 6th, and he no longer has any political risk, over the issue.
Hussein will approve it before the August is over and save American folks from high gas prices. Timing is everything .
Or he'll simply tap the strategic reserve for political purposes that it wasn't intended for. Either way he has to do something to avert the high prices that are part of his stated policy.
