Big day for GROW tommorrow.

  1. Although the sec spit the bit on this naked shorting thing, this is what happening. It's convoluted, so read it twice.

If a stock is on the list, as is GROW, the grandfathering will eventually have to be cleaned up. If it is not on the threshold list, I don't think there is a provision to "have" to clean it up.

However, something has dynamically changed, as some stuff is running to beat the band. If you own 100 Grow, and you sell it, the firm that held it for may never have bought it. Therefore, they now, because it's being scrutinized, have to go buy it from somewhere to deliver it to the other side. One sale is at least two buys. They've painted themselves ina a great corner. Some BB and Pink stocks are going thru the roof.

The BEAR HF debacle is remarkable, and first of several big problems is remarkable, and is bringing some trasparency to this shorting stuff, also.
