I'm just interested in everyone getting a fair shake. And these bastards want to tout performance when they own Washington and the media. I root for guys like these to kill the shorts, because they aren't legit. They naked short, and they plant stories. This situation is proof.

  6. 12:52 BIDZ Bidz.com Schedules Conference Call Today Tuesday, November 27 at 4:30 pm EST (12.40 -0.15) -Update-

Co announces it has scheduled a conference call today at the close of market to address the concerns raised in a negative "research report" issued yesterday by Citron Research. The co says this report contains innuendo and inaccurate information about the co and coincided with a decline in the trading price of the co's common stock. The co believes Citron may have issued this report in an attempt to take advantage of the declining market: the principals of Citron Research almost always take positions (presumably "short") in securities that it profiles.

Good. the companies are fighting back.

  8. And you played by the rules. The assholes that don't book tens of millions. And the company, who paid their money, made their filings, they suffer. They are driving listings and investors away.

    Anyway, good for you.

Grandfather exception eliminated. The SEC has amended Rule 203(b)(3)(i) to eliminate the grandfather provision. According to the Commission, the level of fails to deliver has declined since implementation of Regulation SHO, but SEC and self-regulatory organization ("SRO") examinations have indicated that persistent fails to deliver may be attributable to the grandfather and the options market maker exceptions. Elimination of the grandfather provision is intended to reduce those persistent fails to deliver. Under the amended rule, all fail to deliver positions in threshold securities, including those that existed before the security became a threshold security, except as discussed below, will be required to be closed out within 13 consecutive settlement days, with the exception of previously grandfathered positions. The amendment includes a 35 consecutive settlement day phase-in period to allow market participants time to comply with the new close-out requirements. The phase-in period began on October 15, 2007 and ends on December 3, 2007.

With BIDZ now on sho, this must be a short term scam - play.

  10. Looks like the conference call is closed to the public unless you get an account?

Shame. It would have been interesting to hear the rebuttal.
