The only possibility where Biden gets the nomination is if Dems feel that they are able to cheat him into office.

Why in the fuck isn't Bernie or Warren running now when they have a much better chance of winning the nomination than in a crowded field of Dem candidates .The 2 nuts Kennedy and Williamson are getting around 30% total support in Dem primary polls and they are not serious candidates

Its only a guess, but Bernie and Warren probably got the memo to sit it out, and they're following in line like good little soldiers.

Sad but true.Im no longer a supporter of Bernie due to his strong support of Biden.

AOC said her and Biden wouldn't be in the same party in many other countries, all progressives should take that stance.

  8. I think Biden will beat Trump, but lose to just about anybody else. What is Trump doing to expand his base? He spends most of his time complaining about 2020 where he went 0/60 or something in lawsuits. He's the main person responsible for the overturning of Roe v. Wade. All of his candidates lost in 2022 in the crucial swing states (GA, AZ, PA, NH). His base keeps dying and more Gen Z voters are coming of age to vote. The only way Trump wins is if there's a significant amount of Tonys out there who voted for Biden in 2020, but stay home. There's not going to be a new wave of Trump support.

I don't give The GOP a huge edge, but nearly all at least 51%.Im making my final prediction 6 months before the election based on Biden's approval rating mostly.Since polling began no president has won reelection with a disapproval rating higher than approval rating 6 months before the election.Trump sucks but nearly all of the people who voted for him in 2020 will vote for him in 2024.Many people who voted for Biden in 2020 will not vote for him in 2024.They wont be voting for Trump, most will just stay home and that means defeat for a democrat.

The candidates who won in 2022 in the crucial swing states were candidates who are considered more progressive than Biden. While not as progressive as Id like Id vote for Fetterman,Kelly,Warnock,Whitmer etc.

  10. Politician approval ratings have been going down for a while. I disapprove of Biden. I'd still vote for him over Trump. There's a lot of people who disapprove of both and I think that vote heavily skews towards Biden. Trump is simply more polarizing. He has more people who strongly approve and strongly disapprove. Many of the people who disapprove of Biden are progressives who were never going to be happy given the small margin in the Senate. Some might stay home, but the majority will hold their nose to vote for Biden again. Whoever wins the next term has a good chance of replacing Clarence Thomas. That is something Democrats should work on selling to progressives over the next few months. This vague, finish the job nonsense, isn't bringing out the vote, that's for damn sure lol.
