The same Newt Gingrich that was in The House when Reagan and Bush tripled the national debt? I dont think so.

All you guys are doing is lying to yourselves.

You can go back and look at virtually any economic metric and find democrat presidents outperform republican presidents. Take a look.

    GDP
    Deficit
    Unemployment
    Stock market

There is no way you guys are thinking for yourselves. You’re blindly following what you’re told. Math doesn’t lie, people do.

Who cares, Tony-looser, who voted for Biden, who cares? You said Obama cut the deficit, you are a liar of liars. Case closed.

It is a complex analysis. Congress controls the pursestrings, monetary policy is controlled by the Fed and there are intervening events like the NASDAQ and 2008 crashes, and COVID.

I guess I have to dumb down even this short exchange:

    OP SAID:
HINTS AND CLUES FOR THE MENTALLY SLOW:
    OP included absolutely no cites.

    MY RESPONSE:
HINTS AND CLUES FOR THE MENTALLY SLOW:
See what I did? I made a sarcastic funny. OP left no cites, but I claimed it'd take me a long time to sort through them. Still with me? Or am I going too fast?

And this is where @UsualName chimes in on my post with a bunch of shit that has nothing to do with my post. Guess I'll never get those minutes of my life back--having to deal with this latest manifestation of dumb shit.

    No its not.

The deficit went from a 200 billion + deficit to 200 billion +surplus under Clinton

The deficit went from 1.4 trillion to 665 billion under Obama

The deficit went from a 200 billion +surplus to a 1.4 trillion dollar deficit under Bush

The deficit went from 665 billion to 3 trillion under Trump.

    Thats pretty damn simple

In all fairness, that's true ... and should be acknowledged.
