I think the idea was gains held for 3 years over $1 billion

OK then its a one time deal or every 3 years

The word(s) of the day is scaled-down.

Man, Biden got taken around the ring by Manchin and Sinema. Still waiting for the details but the grumblings are no parental leave and no prescription drug negotiations. And, I have to say, that’s rough. Both of those provisions are sorely needed in this country.

    Welp, the market likes it...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden on Thursday said he thinks he has enough lawmakers on board to pass his Build Back Better agenda, including progressive Democrats who have been pushing for a broader spending measure.

Asked if he had enough of a framework deal to win over the progressive members of the Democratic caucus and pass his legislative plan, he told reporters at the U.S. Capitol: “Yes.”

    “Everyone’s on board,” he added.

Well, there's nothing definitive, the wires say the verdict is out on whether or not the progessives are gonna vote yes.

My gut says its a done deal.
Pelosi will bring it to the floor and it will pass. Manchin and Sinema are sold.

    Lets assume I'm right.
What time will the vote be, and more importantly, if its tonight, what will the market reaction be tomorrow?
