My friends in NYC are feeling it but it’s not unconstitutional. In fact from what I’ve read, the shipping of these migrants across state lines (from TX to NY) might be unconstitutional but I don’t know.

The reporter asked some where they were from and those asked said where they came from. They could be lying, of course, but their lack of "New Yawk" accents shows they were truthful. I think I see your point now. Since the U.S. has a "catch and release" policy, once released, homeless migrants are similar to homeless non-migrants. And, sanctuary cities like New York don't provide much sanctuary.
I understand that to a saddle a person with 200k debt and no way out is a death sentence. So they should at least allow them to go bankrupt, and they should go after all the predatory schools. But at the end of the day, when the government gives you loan forgiveness, this means that a person who didn't get a degree has to pay for the person who did. It will once again not be a direct payment, but hidden in that inflation number.
There are millions of people who have been waiting years for their application to be processed to come to the US. Why don't they just take a plane ticket to Mexico and walk across the border? They will even get the freebies too upon arrival, which you don't get when you take the legal route.
