Did you ever see that movie where a U.S. Destroyer (Sub Chaser?) was playing cat and mouse with a Soviet Sub during the cold war? Both Captains took it all the way to arming their weapons and the Destroyer Captain says, "Don't Fire unless I Give The Order." Immediately the Sailor at the fire control says, "Fire, aye Captain." and pushes the button to launch the armament. The sub retaliated as soon as they heard the splash and they both went down. That Sailor could easily be Joe Biden with his flippant mouth mistakenly giving the order to fire a nuclear strike in a crisis if he were president.
