On a note of seriousness, it was good to see Biden flip back to supporting the police after polling numbers showed him and his handlers how disastrous it was to support a Defund the Police campaign.
Biden “flipped back” you say, might want to check your “expertise” on the matter before giving your opinion.
Ah, so you're going to be one of those folks that says "redirecting police funds" doesn't mean essentially the same thing? Or that his VP isn't on record for saying it? Or countless Democrats didn't say it and Biden is all over the place showing how he has opposed them when they have? I'll just wait for you to answer before I decide what evidence to post. What happened here is simple to understand, if you're honest. I have my doubts. The President didn't want to upset the progressives in his party, so when they were all about defunding the police, he kept silent (complicit). When asked directly, he danced around it and suggested "redirecting funding" which was him walking the tight rope. Now, after seeing how poorly it has polled and understanding the threat in November, he threw the progressives to the wolves to come out and support the police overtly and clear up any "confusion" that was in the wake.
