I've previously seen very little of Biden. Is he always like that? It was like he was talking politics at happy hour after work.

I've been politically engaged since 92, and I agree with you.
It's the laughing I'm referring to, not so much the grin. Disclosure: I've never cared much for Biden + I think he's been in politics too long.

 

Unlike most undecided voters I knew when biden was lying: Ryan was the clear winner.

 

99% correct.
However, Paul Ryan is not an asshole.
But, tonight when debating Joe Biden, he should have been.
Kinda like dealing with a few of the posters here on ET sometimes.
