  4. Biden and Democrats are the mean guys who banned TikTok while Trump gets to be the hero who comes in and saves it.The current Democrat Party has to be the worst and most incompetent major political party in world history.

Culmination of three years of Congressional bitching.

Trump says he’s considering a ban on TikTok in the US.

Now he's all about protecting Yass' investment.

  8. GOP or Dems...... as always money talks.... trump and biden were both againt tik tok and supported a ban in 2020..

    now?

Mr. Trump publicly changed his stance on TikTok last year, soon after he met with Jeff Yass, a Republican megadonor who owns a significant share of ByteDance. Mr. Trump has said they did not discuss the company. But Mr. Yass helped found the trading firm Susquehanna International Group and is one of the biggest supporters of the anti-tax lobbying group Club for Growth. It has hired people with ties to Mr. Trump, such as Kellyanne Conway, a former top adviser to the incoming president, and the Republican adviser David Urban, to lobby for TikTok in Washington.

its $$$ not some 1st amendment crusade or great vision for america haha

you are just willfully blinded and have very short memory. biden had to sign because it was a law passed by the congress.

this is about money, trump doesn't like foreigners to take profits onshore. he tried to robe the chinese intellectual property before last election, very underhanded business tactic.

  10. No Sir The President has the power to veto Congressional bills.Congress can override a Presidents veto with a 2/3rds majority vote in both Houses but The President has no obligation to sign a Congressional bill.
