There months ahead of subpoena's - current and future ones- many that will require litigation to stop FBI obstruction. There many, many witnesses that need to be interviewed by the investigators both privately and before the House Committee. There are known witness and whistleblowers who are ready, willing, and able to testify and many who are unwilling who must be forced to testify unless they want to plead the fifth. Yes.
