So a Form FD-1023 filed at the FBI with wild allegations from an associate of Rudy providing no evidence whatsoever is somehow meaningful? In reality it is laughable for the GOP committee to promote this as “proof”.

Once again, the purpose of a FBI Form FD-1023 is to take statements from cranks wearing tin foil hats who show up at the FBI making all sorts of wild claims about UFOs, aliens and crime families. The information in FD-1023 forms are considered unverified, uncollaborated, and untrue.

I've posted three articles already stating he had nothing to do with Rudy.

Yet — not a single one of the articles demonstrated that. The most amusing of them was the one that tried to claim the “investigator” was tied to the Obama administration while in reality Rudy’s investigation merely occurred while the Obama administration was in office.

The articles have multiple errors in the timeline. Try again. Why did the US Senators send a letter in February if this was a secret Joe Biden agenda? Biden wasn't in Ukraine in March 2016. The initial call was in December 2015 but that followed the conversations in October 2015 with the State Department. VP do not have any Constitutional powers, they are proxies at best. Biden can't cut funding as VP because VPs don't have that power. You've been sold a dud.

Indeed, and everybody knew Hillery would be the big favorite in 2016 so why in the hell would someone spend 10 million bribing someone with no power as VP and at the time nobody thought would ever become president.

Vice Presidents have whatever power Presidents let them have.

You didn't address the timeline of things or the fact that whatever the VP negotiates has to be approved by the WH and Congress.
