Funnier still is I think Biden may actually have been sober for this speech and he had no clue what the audience was laughing at.

 

The one thing Biden is good at is keeping a staight face when delivering his laughable moments. There should be an annual award for the funniest blooper politician. Biden would have an entire wall full of awards.

 

Well at least now we know why Gabby, IQ47 and RCG love Obama so much.
