That Biden used the N-word in his past indicating his true feelings towards voters based on their color. You lied. Got caught, and lied again trying to weasel yourself out of it. Look at the video where Biden reads the memo which details the use of the word by a staffer. No one said it is ok, in fact the hearing was to bring up that a staffer used the word and it was wrong. I hope stupid is not contagious.
