I support Harvard using a "personality score" as part of their admissions process to have a diverse student body.

 

If they were honest, they'd call it a 'soul' score.

 

Call it want you want but Harvard doesn't want a school full of people who spends all their free time memorizing textbooks,at SAT prep classes,with professional college admissions consultants etc.
