  6. Not an area where I want to be right.

They definitely go around in circles faster and harder though every time they try to close on Kamala Harris. She has always been the favorite easy pick. She was the favorite easy pick to win the nomination, and is/was the favorite easy pick to be the VP. Except it is like trying to put a lobster in to the pot when people have to decide. They have ten different ways of bracing their legs and resisting.

I still say "I don't know but if you a gun to my head I go with Rice."

Although I would rather run against Skank.

Also, Rice is a board member so had to submit a plan to sell her stock and options long ago at a specified time, so I don't necessarily see that as a leading indicator to be vp pick. I don't doubt that she nevertheless expects to be in the administration in some form so that could still be a factor as to why she wanted to divest a bit. I just don't think it is vp specific.

  7. Joe leaving the black community flaccid as always. Recently anyway.

I don't envy the black vp he picks who will have to immediately assume the role of Chief Mopper Upper for everything Joe says about blacks and everything under the sun.

There is, as some articles have actually addressed, a certain sexism implicit in this arrangement shaping up with Joe. The woman is supposed to come in and immediately assume the role as caretaker and assistant to the older entitled male who is not as competent as she is. I believe there is a lot to that argument. Meanwhile the older entitled male struts around crowing about what a great guy he is by actually allowing a black woman to work with him and how special he would be to enable that. It does not have a good look to it at all. Everyone knows right from the get-go that Joe will not be the most competent one in the room.

    A big womp....womp....womp to this:

After Joe Biden's comments on diversity in Black community, some worry blunders could impact support
Even after an apology, some have concerns about Biden's comments.

  8. It is amazing how tone deaf Joe is that he is still meeting with the likes of Gretchen Whitmore right before finalizing his pick.

And Karen Bass as well according to some reports.

He could easily do something even more stupid than I thought.

With most nominees after this level of scrutiny that he has done, when they say they have not decided and the process is ongoing, you sort of roll your eyes because you know they are just holding back. Joe is different though. I believe that he honestly does not know himself who is going to pick yet even if he announces in a couple days. He is incapable of making a decision and finding two socks that match more or less exceeds his cpu and wifi capacity for the week. President Dial-Up.

Obama knows this and knows that he will be highly influenced by the last person he talks to right before deciding. Therefore Barry will be calling right before decision day to promote Susan Rice. I am not sure he will pick Susan Rice but I am about as sure as you can get that she would be a better pick than Gretchen Whitmore. If you go with a honky then Pokey would even be a better pick.

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer met with Biden to discuss VP job, sources say
