Which raises the existential question: If a person still insists that they are the lawful governor of Georgia but now insists that they are the lawful VP nominee do they have to first resign from their position as Governor of Georgia, even though they are not? Well, the Secretary of the Senate's response here is proper and in order. Joe cannot order the release of someone else's personnel records. However, Tara Reade herself is requesting a release of her own records to her. That is a different matter. As I said/asked the other day, "are all of the pro-bono (a/k/a Soros paid) lawyers flocking to her to represent her as they did for Blasey-Fraud?
