Global IT Ring Falsified Government and Corporate Data Employee records were faked, sometimes created, names and salaries were changed. Large corporations identified themselves by badges or emblems, without personal knowledge of who was legitimately hired allowing identity thieves to walk among them and be accepted as real. The Federal data breach at the Office of Personnel Management was a cover-up for changes to the databases prior to the publicized breach. Fingerprint records were changed, names were changed, many were killed and identity was assumed. Subsequent breaches were cover-ups to ensure data matched, sometimes including elementary school records. Hillary Clinton's database was in closet which removed access from centralized control. The centralized control allowed identity thieves total access to Top Secret, Secret, and Classified personnel and records. An example: Create a "Taxing Authority" record in a corporation's payroll system and assign a withholding % that will not undergo much scrutiny. The payee for the fake "Taxing Authority" can be a foreign jurisdiction with a local mail drop for the checks.
