I made a comparison couple time between interactive brokers level I and onsite Level II and I was surprised to find out about descrepencies in the prices "bid and ask" between the two sofware. brokers might be linked to sparate exchanges and thus generate diferrent buy and sell pressur on each of them during heavy market volume. I noticed that on QQQ and contacted onsite to point it out for them and they didn't understand the problem. good luck.
