Hello All,

I believe all the information that IlliniMatt81 is speaking, as I disclose a lot of information to him. If somebody told you the next tech boom was happening, would you...
1) believe him
2) understand what that really meant
3) understand the magnitude?
4) be able to prove it with simple trading analysis?

The answers are no...
You must look at gold/silver from a free market perspective to realize that gold/silver prices are rising due to nothing short of the transfer of power in currency. The trading community may believe that gold and silver are just metals, but here's a helpful tip from a "newbie"

The market assigns value to a good on its primary value

Now, let me ask you another question...
What do all traders use to trade? Fiat currencies for the most part...

What if those currencies went away and new ones popped up... you would be able to trade that trend I am sure... but getting into gold/silver is nothing short than protecting the purchasing power that you have today.... and if you think that gold/silver are the place to be (once you understand they are going to go way up... I mean gold into $5000+ and silver $300+) in the RELATIVELY new future, you will understand that the stocks that produce the physical "currency" will also valuate do to the economics you all discuss.

Think outside the box and stop before you try to crush others opinions...
I am up 40% on my portfolio just "holding" through the waves in the past 3 weeks under poor conditions for my stocks...
My stocks are undervalued 400-600% from previous levels of silver 2 years ago, and will be the only place anyone is talking about in the near future...

Find the good ones, and your life can be forever changed... better hurry up though, its not gonna be around forever... soon the herds will be coming, even the news is talking about it these days

And to show you that I have something to back up my claims... this is my daily close along with portfolio results in the past month...

Today started off with heavy selling and was down -1500 on the open. Silver was already on the move this morning so I knew it was time to pull the trigger on some more shares as the sale was about to end. I bought 15,000 shares of a Jr Gold Miner which then proceeded to go up 20.71% on the day shortly thereafter in that position.

Today silver broke loose of its stubborn resistance at 27.60. Once it was above 28 and the breakdown of resistance was confirmed buyers came into the market.

In the final 10 minutes of trading it was a frenzy of buying in advance of tomorrow's open.

The position that is carrying the largest unrealized loss currently happened today as some options were exercised by the board of directors at the company and were purchased by an institutional buyer. Fundamentals are still strong there, looking for that one to run soon.

I feel there will be many days like this to come in the months ahead.

Today opened strong as silver raced towards $29/oz. I was up +2400 on the open before settling back. There was definitely a lot of profit taking this morning and rightfully so for those that have doubled up on their positions.

I picked up two new positions today. One will have big news tomorrow and rallied at the end of the day in advance of this. If the news is good I am looking for a double digit up day percentage wise based on other stocks that had the same person presenting news on them in recent weeks.

It will be interesting in the days ahead. If silver tries to take back $30 we should see another attempt by the CME or JPMorgan to try to take the price down again. If we break free of $30/oz look out.

Good trading to all.

While this strategy may in fact work out I do hope you realize adding to your positions in a narrow sector ( eg Silver junior miners ) on a losing day can often lead to massive losses.

An analyst recently noted that Gold/Silver junior miners have vastly outperformed the metals and large cap Gold/Silver miners short term. Last year, it was the mid cap miners outperforming everything. My point would be usually these areas of excess performance don't last forever. Sometimes the correction comes out of nowhere.

My bet is we get some corrective action in either January or February.

6. Appreciate your thoughts. There are two schools of thought it seems. We are at the top or we are going to continue higher. Seems to be a lot of chatter about pullbacks. To me the fundamentals for why I have entered these positions is still there and very bullish. Please be assured I will cut this loose if the fundamentals change.

There are a lot of good companies I am in that were $3-5 stocks before the market meltdown of 2008. I'm also betting they come back to prior valuations based on the increase in PM prices.

Most of these had shut down in 2008-09 as it was unprofitable to produce. This has now changed.

I always appreciate the contrary opinion as I am aware things can move quickly - in either direction.

Another solid day. Weak dollar and silver and gold both went on a run today. Silver wicked through $29 several times before pulling back twice due to Blythe Masters' JPM commodities desk coordinated attack on gold to prevent it from taking $1400. She denied this on CNBC at the close. Who is she fooling? Why bother coming on CNBC to say this?

Doesn't really matter. Each time the attack came on the market it didn't cause a massive sell off or shake many people out. I monitored my positions continuously during these events and they remained stable all afternoon. I see this as bullish, the market is not fooled. It can only be contained for so long before it will do what it may.

Regardless of if you think metals are topping or just going to battle with resistance and poised to go higher there is no denying we are still in a bullish pattern. I expect the battle up and down to continue for a bit. There are a lot of stops and orders to run at these key price levels and likely more tricks coming.

A nice finish to the week. On the way to the office on the L today I knew it was going to be a great day when I checked the charts on my Droid. Silver was taking $29 pre-market and gold was racing towards $1400.

At the open they both quickly took these points and never looked back. The stocks rallied and stayed high all day.

It will be interesting to watch the developments over the weekend. A lot of stops were run today and there was quite a bit of profit taking despite the strength in the sector.

Great way to go into the weekend.

Best to all.

10. Great trading this week, I missed the major move but did get in late Thursday so not a total loss. So much for it trading sideways for awhile before heading to $30 that's why you can not be to convinced of a scenario otherwise you will be missing out on the move altogether, and but spouting it will happen..watch it will happen I promise :( lol (Dead broke Dow top call )sound familiar...
