  5. This is my second day on this site and I actually read about 90% of what was posted in this forum. I have been on the institutional side of the biz for almost ten years - mutual fund manager; structured products dealer; performance analyst....

A few of my friends are big players in the AI niche and I can tell you that if anyone was consistently showing 1 - 5% profit a day, they would have billions of dollars thrown at them faster than you could say "Elliott Spitzer".

I've looked at this site and I find its claims to be just too much to believe. One of my co-workers was a good friend of the head bond guy for GS in London and i met him a few times. I GUARANTEE that if anyne could prove 1 - 5% a day, GS would fund them, breed them, and hire a mercenary force to protect them.

IMO, these guys are marketing people and probably make a good living out of it - like the guy who runs www.turtletrader.com and has never placed a trade in his life.

Of course they want you to "give it a shot and decide for yourself"! That is how they gain revenue! If their claims were true, they would have hired an independant accounting firm to certify them and charge 10k a month - and they would be worth every penny!

But they didn't do that, did they? It is no wonder why....

I'll make these guys a deal.... Give me your service free for one month. If I make 1 - 5% a day, I'll pay $2000 a month for your services.

Could you post the information to complain here on ET? I will join the list.

    Quah

    Exactly.

Newbies get sucked in for certain - because even some people with actual experience seem to think "hmmm, maybe this one IS true". The temptation is there to want to believe - to want to believe that Eric in Oregon is actually taking home $50,000 - $100,000+ PER DAY based on calls from this service - after starting with < $10,000 only 18 months ago. Hell, *I* want to believe it.

But those of us with REAL real life trading experience and knowledge know damn well that Eric in Oregon is not making 5%-10% PER DAY on a 7 figure account. No one needs to put up $200 to check out the chat room. You won't find Eric there. Common sense.
