  1. chattrader, I guess you like hearing yourself talk and name calling is just plain childish. But I guess you named yourself correctly. And I am far from being a twit.

  2. F. d'Anconia, assumption is the mother of all ^&*( ups.

You are assuming a whoooooole lot about what we do, without any clue.

Try asking, exploring, verifying before you ass-ume and bad mouth.

Unless you just know it all:)

    Thanks.

  3. Macal,

With all due respect, I appreciate your suggestion.

We have done free trials in the past and what we have found was that it brings a ton of tire kickers. People that are looking for something for nothing and dont put the effort forward, don't make great traders anyway. People who pay for a service tend to pay attention and put the effort forward to learn and grow.

We also found that many people just do the free trial rounds. Going from chat room to chat room taking the free trial without any intention of joining. We are not interested in those:)

You cant have a free trial on a trade, this is just the world of trading. You do your research, you make your decision.

Our goal is not to get tire kickers or traffic, our goal is to get quality traders to join our team.

We have been doing this for a long time:) One form or another, since 1996.

  4. breakouts ARE NOT a 90% not 80%.. and with a 10 cent stop you are probably not even going to be 40%.. 10 cents can be a spread in some stocks.. its nothing..

and as far as "logical" exits go.. what logic exactly do you refer to?

  5. Sounds like you need some help trading and understanding breakouts.

We trade very liquid stocks, most have spreads of less than 5 cents. I could show you how to minimize your risk on your trades if you wish.

The logic I was refering to is the logic we teach our traders.

Why don't you host a "Chat Q & A" Session on here at night.
You would be surprised how productive they actually are.

Since you do not want to do what other vendors do and offer a FREE Trial, why not offer a FREE day of chat?
Even Waxie offers a one time 2 week TRIAL.

  7. I went through about two days of logs diligently and I couldn't tell what the hell was going on, it was much too confusing to believe anyone who signs up could actually be profitable at the end of the day, my suggestion if you really know and are confident in your ability to make profitable calls *before* they happen, then just make it blatantly clear to your customer what U are buying/shorting and when you sell/cover....etc. Oh and by the way I was apart of a small daytrading chat room, and as a rule everyone had to cut and paste from their brokerage account the order confirmation, otherwise we knew they were full of shit.

  8. Shogun,

Whats the reason for not providing one weeks introductory trial for say $25 ? Thats fair for clients and fair for yourselves. You cant expect people to pay $200 just to see whther they like your services. Thats reasonable isnt it?

agree with peugeot205's suggestion. alot more ppl would be willing to give your service a try for that nominal charge. $249 per month (swing service) is alot to risk. i remember the previous shogun swing service charged about $60 or $90 per month.

For only $250 a month, you make make 17k profit potential a day.
How cheap can you guys get when you say $250 is risky.

    That's like a 1:68 Risk / Reward ratio.
And you get to eat the buffet for a whole month!

Just pay it, try the buffet and decide if it's worth it
if you choose to continue to subscribe.
And don't forget to let us ETers know how much
    of the buffet you ate.

    Good Luck!
