Hello Everyone, I am using Interactive Brokers and looking for ways to trade Crude on the SHFE. Has this market opened to non-Chinese residents? What would be the best way to trade chinese commodities? Thank You in Advance, Terrance
China is opening up slowly. There are some financial instruments from Exchanges in China where you can trade through a broker in foreign country. Not sure what is that. Other than that, trading financial instruments from Exchanges in China is rather restrictive.
man, I would advise you to stay as far as possible from the china futures space. thats were all the worst abuses/insider trading cases happen. Also im not sure hows the current rule for foreigners. I know they are relaxing a bit on equities but futures is probably still a china only thing
I trade this out of Bangkok and make BANK everyday. It is like they are giving money away. Not sure when it is going to end. Probably should not have said anything.
