Best way to lose weight and feel great.....

  1. Here's what I did:

    Eat whatever you want all day long but NEVER EAT AFTER 6PM

    Do not drink anything with calories or sugar ALL DAY LONG.


    That is all you have to do and I guarantee you will lose weight very quickly. If you actually eat diet food as well you'll lose even MORE weight

    if anyone tries this, let me know after a week.....I know you'll lose weight and thank me

  2. i just ran 4 miles in addition to the 8 i ran this morning. now i can eat food (not feel hungry) and still lose fat.
